Payment may be made only by debit/credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) and the euro is the only currency accepted. Credit card details are transmitted securely via the AXERVE payment circuit. You will receive automatically a confirmation email with your e-ticket as PDF attachment. If you will not please check your Junk e-mail folder or contact us. Customers who have AT&T account do not receive our e-mails, please use a secondary address.
Remember to check the time to visit the Tower. If you are late for any reason you will not be allowed in and you will not be refunded. Unused tickets are not refundable. The Opera della Primaziale Pisana is responsible solely for the price of the tickets published on its official site. In order to make the purchase, it is necessary to be at least 18 years of age.
