Orders containing used tickets can never be modified or cancelled.

Credit card orders
The time of the visit to the Tower (but not the date) can be modified or the entire order can be cancelled, within the tenth day starting from the date and time (local time) of the order and in any case by 24:00 (local time) of the day prior to the date of visit.

Pre-paid credit orders
TOWER/COMPLETE VISIT+TOWER the entire order can be cancelled or modified regarding the number of persons, the time of the visit to the Tower, the date, up to 24:00 (local time) of the day prior to the date of the visit.
SINGLE VISIT/COMPLETE VISIT the entire order can be cancelled or modified regarding the number of persons up to 24:00 (local time) of the date of the visit.

The refund will be made with the payment method used at the time of purchase.
